Meet the team
John started off as an Embroidery Operator way back before progressing to Team Leader – Embroidery Manager – General Manager and is now our Operations Director. Passionate about everything Embroidery and Print related he is always looking to increase the range of products we provide, improve quality and make sure our customer satisfaction is at an all time high. When he isn’t at work or obsessing over new ideas he can be found with his young family talking about Pokémon or enjoying a few cold beverages.
Mr ever dependable, no matter the start time Cameron has seen them all and without a sick day to his resume in his 8years we always know where to find him….most of the time. Has a passion for music and loves his golf so we hope to keep hold of him when he joins the PGA Tour and goes pro in years to come.
Becca our second longest serving team member and is an expert in the field of embroidery having racked up in excess of 18,000 hours machine time and at one point held the position of Assistant Manager. However in recent years Becca took a step back from such a demanding position to start a family and now has two young sons Arthur and Angus and now when she is in the office operates the embroidery machines and helps with the printing and management of our Etsy stores online. When she isn’t at work she can be found chasing toddlers, feeding babies and drinking Gin.
Kevin started with the business as an embroidery machine operator and was a good one at that but over time his artistic flair and skills set shone through in the marketing and social media side of things. He now produces content and keeps our socials up to date with all our latest happenings while logging in jobs and dealing with customer enquiries. When he isn’t at work you can find Kevin at home with his young family or pursuing his great passion in life – podcasting and reviewing movies. Strictly no ChatGPT, all his own thoughts obviously and no click bait.
Evan has been with us 3 years now, starting off mostly running embroidery machines but in recent times has found his niche in print. Our resident go to screen printer Evan’s expertise in this medium has been paramount to the success of the screen printing division. A local baller Evan plays for Tweedmouth Rangers in the EOSFL and when he isn’t playing he is following his team Newcastle United.
Nathan joined the company shortly after the pandemic and was welcomed to the company with one of the busiest seasons we have had sharpening his expertise after training double time, making him now one of our most skilled embroiderers. Loves following ‘The Toon’ home and away and he can be found most weekends on the beers in Newcastle.
Mike started with the business running the D.I press however after a year of him running it was decommissioned and moved Mike into the embroidery department where he has thrived since. Known as Mike the Machine due to the fact he has become symbiotic with the Tajima’s he is the go to technician for errors and problems as his skillset in this area is ever evolving. An avid family man when he isn’t at work he can be found with his family and caring for his grandchildren.
Kayleigh joined us at the turn of the year and has hit the ground running, she is the friendly face to greet our customers when they come to the counter and answer all calls. On top of this Kayleigh has taken on the roll of managing the Etsy stores we have online where she does all the printing and packaging as well as coming up with new product ideas. Kayleigh spends most of her free time with her young family and sampling the wine section in Tesco, but always makes sure to drink responsibly…..
William started with us at the beginning of 2023 running embroidery machines but as fast as he had begun to get his feet under the table an opening arose in warehousing which he jumped at. So since May he has been manning the warehouse, packing orders and sorting deliveries. When William isn’t picking and packing he can be found perfecting his rap flow and attending festivals as he is big into his music and watching Newcastle United.
